This is a foot mounted brake cylinder and attached single caliper single piston assembly. Most commonly used with (but not limited to) 50cc to 250cc ATVs and Dirt Bikes. Caliper lines are approximately 61cm and the distance between caliper mounting holes are approximately 6.3cm from center hole to center hole. This is similar to part number 90A4220 only the line is longer on this model.
