Sterndrive Engineering Replacement Lower Unit Mercruiser Alpha One Gen II

Sterndrive Engineering manufactures direct replacement lower units for Mercruiser Alpha One Gen II sterndrives from 1991 to present. These units come with a 3-year No-Fault warranty and are available in two configurations: the 90-116-02 handles applications up to 300HP (excluding 2.00/2.40 ratios), while the 90-116-02H is specifically designed for 2.00/2.40 ratio units. Both models use the latest style speedometer fitting (OE#860382) for proper gauge function. You'll need your engine's year, serial number, and horsepower when ordering to ensure correct fitment.
