Whitecap Industries Spring-Loaded Cleat
316 S.S. Spring-Lock Rign Buoy Cleat (round). Can Be installed horizontally or vertically. Holds fenders, when open and is only 5/8" high when closed. Requires (3) 3/16" fasteners.
