The Tempress line of slam hatches are both functional and stylish. The Slam Hatch is manufactured from glass-filled polypropylene and engineered for strength and reliability. Tempress slam hatches are perfect for heavy traffic areas, and can easily handle folks standing or walking across them. The slam hatch features an easy close slam latch that creates a watertight seal simply by closing the hatch. Tempress slam hatches are constructed using a patented integral hinge assembly, allowing for easy lid removal. A beveled and skirted lid covers all securing hardware for a finished look above or below deck. The Tempress slam hatch line is an ideal choice for easy dry storage space, access to livewells, or mechanical components.
