Recommended Application Notes:
- Use when air and can temperature are between 50°F and 80°F.
- For best results, apply when humidity is 60% or less.
- Avoid spraying in windy or dusty conditions.
- Cover surrounding areas to protect from overspray.
- Prepare the surface by priming with Mercury Light Gray Primer, where required.
- Wipe the surface with a tack cloth to remove sanding particles and dust.
- Shake the can well for one minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle, and shake often during use.
- Hold the can upright 8-10 inches from the surface and apply thin, even coats.
- Apply a second coat within 1 hour or after 24 hours.
- Apply Mercury Clear Coat 30 minutes after the base color has been applied, where required.
Dry Time:
- Dry to Touch: Approximately 20 minutes
- Full Cure: Approximately 24 hours
