Marideck marine vinyl flooring is a great substitute to high maintenance marine carpet. It is an attractive and durable option. Marideck is the industry leader in marine vinyl flooring, their solutions look great while protecting against wear and tear on your boat flooring. Marideck marine vinyl flooring is a perfect option for pontoon, aluminum fishing boats, ski, bass and house boats. This product is great for both fresh and saltwater environments.

The vinyl flooring is made from a vinyl film, that is laminated to a non-woven polyester fleece. It features a slip resistant embossed textured surface. Marideck marine vinyl flooring is 50% thicker than most of their competitors. It is sold by the foot, with a 15 foot minimum.

MariDeck Vinyl Flooring Maintenance:

Cleaning up is easy with just a quick spray with a hose will take care of most messes. However it is recommended to thoroughly wash your boat flooring before stowing for the off season. Mix a mild detergent such as dawn with warm water. Scrub the floor with a soft bristle deck brush. For tougher stains or stuck on mildew and dirt any citrus based cleaner can be used. Spray the affected area and allow it to soak for 10 minutes then wipe the area clean. If stains persist, heavier duty cleaners such as Tilex can be used. Do not let them sit on the Marideck marine vinyl flooring for longer than the recommended time and be sure to rinse thoroughly. Be sure to test all cleaning products in a concealed area for potential issues.
